About the Assistant Principal

About Me: Montie Dangerfield became Assistant Principal for Fayetteville High School in July 2022 after 21 years as an educator.  Ms. Dangerfield received her BS and MS from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and her Ed.S. from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee.  Ms. Dangerfield began her teaching career at this school when it was Fayetteville Junior High School.   Also, Ms. Dangerfield is a part-time dance fitness instructor at the Patrick Rehab-Wellness Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee.  Ms. Dangerfield is the proud mom of Matthew, who lives in Chattanooga, TN.  She is thrilled to have come full circle by being an administrator at the school where she first started her career in education.
