FHS swimmer advances to state championship meet

Eliza McCormick, a freshman swimmer for Fayetteville High School, has advanced to the State Championship Meet in Knoxville on Feb. 7-8.

Eliza and other Fayetteville City team members participated in the Middle and High School Swimming Regional Championship Meet. Bea Kubond, Anna Prince, Nora McCormick, Weston Prince, and Eliza McCormick represented our team with enthusiasm and skill.

We are thrilled to announce that Eliza has advanced to the State Championship meet, which will take place in Knoxville on Feb. 7-8.

Congratulations to all our swimmers for their hard work and dedication!
