Beta Club

About the Beta Club

Membership in the Fayetteville Senior Beta Club is a significant academic honor as well as a personal achievement. Students who join follow the principles of charity, service, humility, justice, industriousness, responsibility, cooperation, and honesty. These principles are the building blocks of Betas.  Members are required to perform ten hours of volunteer service work each semester.  

Students in the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades are eligible for considersation. In order to become a member of the Fayetteville High School chapter of the Senior Beta Club, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better, take at least one honors class, and possess the characteristics of achievement, character, leadership, and service. 

 Candidates selected to become members of the Beta Club will be informed of their acceptance by letter in February.
